Can I set a password containing numbers instead of, or as well as, letters?

Yes, as long as it contains at least six characters, your password can be made up of numbers, letters or a combination of both.

When I try to set my password, why does the website say the passwords typed do not match even though I’m typing the same password?

The Password field is case sensitive. This means that when you confirm your password, you need to enter any letters in it in the same way as when you typed it into the box above (i.e. in capitals or lower case).

Why can’t my password contain less than 6 characters?

This is to help protect the personal information held for you on the website. The longer your password is, the harder it is likely to be for someone else to guess it.
